Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Juliana Heels is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Orders may be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.

All shoes must be returned in their original condition and must not be used, worn, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.

Please note that sale styles are non-returnable. 

We are unable to process automatic exchanges. To change your size or color, you must return the item and purchase the correct item. We will notify you once your return is complete.

If I wear a number and a half, should I get a bigger or smaller size?

You should get a bigger size.

I want to make sure to keep my new shoes in great condition. Do they come with a dust bag? 

Yes! We know that you will love your new shoes as much as we do so we provide a dust bag with each pair. If for some reason yours was missing from your order, please let us know so that we can try to obtain one for you.
