Where do you ship?
We're currently only able to ship to customers in the continental United States.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Orders may be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.
All shoes must be returned in their original condition and must not be used, worn, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.
Please note that sale styles are non-returnable.
We are unable to process automatic exchanges. To change your size or color, you must return the item and purchase the correct item. We will notify you once your return is complete.

If I wear a number and a half, should I get a bigger or smaller size?
In each shoe style, there is a guide with the sizes and measures and if the shoe runs larger or smaller you will find this information in the product description.
I want to make sure to keep my new shoes in great condition. Do they come with a dust bag?
Yes! We know that you will love your new shoes as much as we do so we provide a dust bag with each pair. If for some reason yours was missing from your order, please let us know so that we can try to obtain one for you.
